whats the best calcium media

Hey guys i need to change out the media in my calcium reactor and wanted to know what would you guys suggest as the better media to get i an MTC dual chamber reactor i don't know how old the media that is in there now but i obtained it from a fellow MR friend and he had it for at least a year before me and now its been a year since i had it any help would be of great help, also can i take the nozzle off my Co2 tank and clean it out or will i just damage it

I use ARM coarse..the larger grain size allows for better flow with less detris build up...have no idea about the nozzle I never cleaned mine.

I did some research and found that the large course media is the best for my situation but every tank is different and every user has his preferences. This is what I use in bulk.
