This is not a Spaghetti worm!!

This is a bristle worm.

Im 90% sure they are fine. probably even good to have.

I have them in my tank and havent had any problems.

I've never had any real trouble from terebellid/spaghetti worms. My only complaint is that they tend to build up a small pile of schmootz near their home in the sand. Makes the sand-bed look a little dirty at times, but this is easily fixed.

Bristle worms are considered "reef safe" but in my experience can become a problem as well. For one they can sting you with their bristles. If they happen to be on a rock or under a piece of coral you pick up. They multiply very fast and they definitely can burrow into corals and steal their food as well as destroy the coral. I try to keep most critters out of my reef.
