Is this aragonite sand?
Or silica based?

That is very important, aragonite is rounded and silica is sharp and jagged.
Silica sand is not a reef type of sand and if my YWG was sifting silica sand I would be concerned it would scratch.

Do some thorough research on this as a quick Google check is showing a lot of drama on the issue.

I it's aragonite, the supplier says it's a reef safe calcium carbonate sand, and that their good for gobies, jawfish, sand sifting starts etc.
