WTB: LED strip 10-16" or LED Fixture

I am in the middle of setting up a pico 7 Gallon reef tank.
It is rimless and 16" across.

A 12-16" strip is ideal.
But, must be for reef NOT freshwater.
Blue LED lights must be at least 50% of the total
light bulbs.

Please state your Mfr. name, size of lights and price
