lobo's are very agressive corals i have them and they tear through anything that they can feed on it looks like it only got the flesh dont cut let it calm down feed it tomm also feed it silver sides they have fatty acids that will help heal the coral small portions at a time it will heal and regrow that flesh but it will take some time also i would bump up your calcium it will start to absorb the calcium in the water to heal itself
It prob just stung it not ate it. Either way man leave the scoly alone it will heal it needs the skeleton to encrust on. It would take a hell of a lot longer to regrow a skeleton than to regrow tissue. It should heal fairly quick good luck man.
Doesn't sound like the lobo was at fault, seems like another bad human decision putting it near another coral. Oh well, there are plenty of lobo's in the ocean.
