I recently acquired a mated pair of Percula Clowns. I just noticed a small bump under the males mouth. It wasn't there when I got them. It has gotten a little bit bigger. Now it looks like a small cotton mass. My local reef store told me to fresh water dip him for 5 minutes. Does anyone agree with this, or is there another way to deal with this?
Thank you.

Jesse, at this stage of the game I'd suggest positively identifying the affliction and proactively treating it while in QT. A freshwater dip, IMO, is a generic type of prophylactic treatment. Not something you should do if you can ascertain a specific disease or parasite.

It started as a little black bump on his chin, and in two days it has doubled in size, and looks whitish now. I can't figure it out.
