If anyone is looking to sell a used or new one let me know. If i order new, do I need to buy a pump for the container or does it come with everything needed? How hard of an install is it?

I beleive the JBJ you have to buy a pump, the Tunze comes with everything. There easy to install.

The JBJ only comes with the controller and the floats. So you need a pump and also some sort of container to hold the RO water.

What tank are you putting it on?? There are other ATO's that are much simpler and cheaper.

im putting it on my 9gal eheim cube with 10gal sump/fuge. the evap is nuts on this little thing. my salinity is spiking too much for comfort. the autotopoff site confuses me to be honest lol im not sure what parts to order.

for the JBJ, what pump is suggested? im guessing it doesnt to be a big one at all as flow isnt a concern, any cheap quite ones out there?

Just get a toms aqua lifter. Cheap vacuum pump. As long as you do not have alot of head on the pump. You will get about 27 inches max of head with that pump. (i think)

Is probably what you are looking for, it is in an sump unit, that has dual floats. You just need to know which mount, if you are putting on a small tank then you can just get the 2nd on i think, it depends on the width of the top of the tank, or you can get the bend your own and just heat it and bend it.

I have the JBJ on my Nano but that is only because I need it to fit in the AIO.
