Trigger Question

My blue throat is doing really good so far eating well and keeping his weight no problem. but i am starting to notice he isn't really taking to the krill anymore. he just eats it and spits it out. i was going to buy some shrimp from the supermarket and see if he would like that. any other suggestions for food that i should get for him. thanks

I've had a few that were picky as well. One would only eat frozen. One would eat everything including Spectrum pellets and any flake. Most that I had wouldn't eat freeze dried krill. When I ran out I never bothered buying it again. IME none of them liked the frozen clam that I had. Silversides were a favorite along with mysis and frozen krill. The frozen krill I have is about 2-3 times the size of most mysis so it is still pretty small; maybe twice the size of PE mysis.

yea thats the same krill i have and it is a perfect size but he just isn't interested in it anymore. he loves mysis but i don't feel like thats enough for him.

Soak the mysis in oyster feast, plankton is a good choice as well.
