I have the 150gpd Typhoon III. It's only about 5 months old. I use color changing DI resin and the color is depleted after about 250 gallons and the TDS starts to rise. Am I doing something wrong?

What it the TDS of your tap water, and the TDS of your RO (not DI) water?

As you can see by the chart above, the higher the TDS of your RO water (= permeate), the quicker your DI will deplete.

What is your water pressure at the membrane?

Those are all good numbers. Your membrane's rejection rate 98%+ , and your pressure is good.

At 3 ppm, you should be getting over 1650 gallons from a single DI cartridge. Are you?

1650 gallons!!! Not even close. I make 110 gallons every two week and I have to change my DI cartridge every 2 months. So at best, I'm getting 450 gallons. Something doesn't add up.
