Rock work help please

I've started a new tank and its been cycling for a month now. I wanna do a cool aqua scape with my rock, what's is the best way or what can I use to glue or keep rock together?

I use water weld expoxy putty from home depot or Lowes. This works and safe in reef tank. Cost less (1/3 of the price) compare to the the epoxy that you see at the Local fish store. a lot of people use this.
