A reefer posted that he was looking for a Ato container to store a 5 gallon bucket for auto top off water !!! I replied and he asked if I could help him so I went one further and built it for him and wanted to share it with the mr crew.
By building the panels around a Poland spring bottle casing which is 5 gallons I made a box using wood and drilled a hole in the back to accommodate the hose and power cord for the pump , so after cutting the top of the the bottle to fit , what you have is a Ato box with a professional made look with a $7 piano hinge for the lid and a nice smooth stain or paint job to match your tanks stand and you will love the way it looks side by side !! I hope you guys can build your own boxes and lt took me about 4 hrs total time after cutting and sanding ( I'm slow) lol enjoy , here are a few pics.
