Could you not just go to Home Depot and pick up a Brute garbage can... It's easier than waiting around for one.

Look on craigslist and search for rain barrel or ibc tote and call and ask about something smaller.

I have been looking but nothing in my area, I don't want a rain barrel as they only have 2 very small openings from what I know... And a lot of them are filthy...
