Id please

So I was doing a bit of cleaning of my sump and installing a BRS dual reactor when I found this cyst type thing attached to a rock in my sump. I have seen them b4 but they were always in places that required major breakdown in the tank. Can anybody ID this for me? Im thinking it may be bristle worm eggs but am counting on MR weath of knowledge.

Im not so sure. They dont grow to my knowlege. Ill keep an eye on it as there is one in the main tank. Others please comment.

What dosent grow? Sponges? I had tons in my old 75. They like to grow in shaded areas

No, Im saying that I have not seen any growth. I saw this b4 months ago and its no longer where it was. the pic is a new find of the same type.
if you guys say not to worry all is good in life and back in the sump it goes.

Those are pineapple sponges... they do not grow large at all.
