Neptune - Programing won't save

My aquacontroller III started acting up and it lost the timer names and program statements. I managed to get the timer names to save again but every time I enter the programing again and then check status and go back its blank again. Please help!

Ok I just did 'init mem' on the controller and now it keeps reverting back to the stock settings even when I try to change them.

+1 every time you change something you must do this.

Yes of course I am hitting update. It was working fine for a couple of months.

Fixed it! I had to enter it in bits and pieces and update after each part. It was too much to do all at once.

Ok now I have a new problem. The programing seemed to stick but now when I manually change anything in the status menu nothing happens. In other words if I try to manually turn on or off an outlet it stays the same.

Fixed this by having to unplug the dc'8s and plugging them back in.

Anyone? I just picked one up. Haven't set up yet. I thought it was computer programmable.
