Hello MR , I am upgrading to a 75 gal in the next few months just getting equipment early ready for move and upgrade. I have an existing mixed lps/sps that I will be moving . My existing lights are Ai sol Blues which I am not to happy with. I will be buying new lights next week. My Idea was to go with the Orphek Atlantik in combo with dual T5s . Opinions and thoughts on this appreciated.
If I go with T5s what is a good not expensive fixture that will not be killer on electric bill? The tank is a 75g deep blue rr 48" X 18" X 20" . Also if I go with the Atlantik and t5 combo which T5s bulbs should I mix with the Atlantik. If I just go with all T5s which Ati bulb configuration. Budget 800-1000.

Any t5 bulb you buy for that tank will be the same wattage, which is 54. You can get the led fixture you mentioned,Atlantik, and suplement it with 2x single t5s being one at each side of the tank. Single t5 supplemental bulb fixtures are easily available online.
I would use Atinic(420) bulbs, and with a good brand Led you should be able to supplement great spectrum. A good friend of mine was not happy with his Sols either on his 185, added the two t5s as I described and his sps took off and got their nice coloration back.
Now if you ask my opinion, I would ditch the led and go with ATI's 6 bulb t5 fixture, scratch lighting as a concern and move on to other things. I am also considering a rimless 75 as my next tank, and can't wait to get the fixture.
Regardless of what you do, good luck!

ATI t5all the way, I have been keeping corals since the time of VHO bulbs to metal halide led nothing can color your corals like t5 bulbs of course none of the cheap Chinese brands that I have tested myself! KZ, ATI, OR GIESMANN the only way to go 6x54 best way to go combo bulbs : 4 blue plus 1 purple plus 1 coral plus !ATI brand
