Small White Creatures

These things are multiplying in my refuge and are attaching to the glass, pumps, and everything else. Are they safe / beneficial? They aren't getting into my main tank or they are and are being eaten (don't know). They are really white. Are these Copepods?

I also have a bunch of little centipede like critters running in and out of my rock (too small to photograph). I saw one pick up a pellet of food and scurry away.

pineapple sponges! there not bad for your sump. there filter feeders, but they will multiply rather quickly. harmless tho.

Really, that was the last thing I thought they were. Do they compete with my other corals for food or they eat what is excess?

They're tiny filter feeders that appear where and when there is excess nutrients, I have a ton in my sump. When the nutrients dissipate so will there numbers. They're harmless.
