So I picked up a small frogspawn frag today for 10 dollars and its pretty cool. Most of my tank is softies and this is my first LPS. The tank is a 6 gal and is under a 24 watt par 38. Stock are 2 clowns, a golden CBS and hermits and snails. In going to upgrade to a biocube soon and want to use this as a frag/grow out tank. The frags been in the tank for about 3 hours after being drip acclimated for 45 minutes. Does it look fine? It is under the filter outtake and I'm running a hydor 240, is the flow enough? I plan on giving it some mysis shrimp through a syringe or turkey baster, is that fine? I manage to keep nitrates under 20 and am about to do a water change. I don't have a calcium test yet, is the API reef master kit somewhat accurate? I usually just squirt some Kent's calcium into the water before a water change. In the pics, the frag is between the 2 walls of rock in the center of the tank.
