I feed frozen mysis, frozen brine, new life spectrum pellets and sometimes a bit of marine flakes, omega one IIRC. I'm looking into taking some shrimp, squid, and algae sheets, putting this in a blender with salt water, and making my own frozen food.

Frozen Mysis, and Pacifica Plankton both from Jehmco and a variety of pellets from wherever. New Life spectrum, and Ocean Nutrition, are old staples. I also really like the new NEW ERA feeds but they are a little hard to find. Reef Nutrition ROE is also excellent.

Thanks Prattreef, I was hoping for the professionals to jump in. I hear you have a gorgeous tank. I'll look into the Reef Nutrition ROE. I'd like to feed a more diverse and nutritional diet. I hear mysis is not that great. What do you think of that?

For a few days, I was out of pellets and brine so I only fed mysis shrimp. My clown fish started having this long white and stringy poop. It went away after I started mixing everything up again.
