This was my first SW tank. Lighting is a 24 watt OCREEF par 38 (4 white, 6 blue, and 2 UV), with a OCREEF clamp. For flow I have a Hydor Korelia 240 and a aquaclear 20 soon to have the impeller of the aquaclear 30 increasing flow. The aquaclear is a refugium, I installed a LED strip, siliconed it, and now have chaeto and dragons breath as well as some purigen. The tank used to have a pair of clowns but wen I upgraded to my biocube 29, they went there and I now have a single cleaner shrimp, a few hermits and snails as well. About 15 pound of LR. I usually grow out and put frags in this tank. I am lowering nitrate levels, doing a 2 gallon water change every week (about 40 percent after LR and sand). I started fish keeping in this tank and had a planted which I moved to a 30 gallon. When I turned 14 a few months ago I had enough money to start this tank and some
More to put to my biocube. I always heard that nano tanks were extremely hard but I didn't find it that difficult, only issue is top offs when it gets really hot.

Do you have pictures of the rack before you put it in?

Nah sorry, I legit just got home from school, saw the box, ripped it open, rinsed the rack and put it in and started adding frags. My tank had almost no visible sand because of all my frags plugs. Going to get another one for the other side in a few days I'll be sure to take dry pics of that one. It's extremely similar to the larger 17 hole one he sells, same magnet mounting, and similar flow holes.

I am thinking about adding another hydor 240 to the other side. I have better growth with more flow and don't want detritus settling on my frag racks and frags. Will have the one that's currently in there closer to the sand bed and the new one higher up. Getting some more SPS soon as well, I have 3 frags right now, all are doing fine. Gonna pick up a forest fire digi soon.
