its bubble algae. if you pop them in the tank it will spread spores and create alot more. you need to take out that rock and completely remove the bubble algae and rinse with water very well and scrub some more after that and rinse again. people say emerald crabs will help but i have never seen any one of the 4 emerald crabs i owned go to bubble algae.

Emerald crabs eat it when its microscopic. some tangs eat it. I most often hear of red sea sailfin tang eating it.

Manual removal is best, suck it out with a hose and bbq skewwer
