I numbered them in this picture.


1 is about size of a nickel.
2 is about 1.5 inches each and has multiple mouths.
3 is a bit less than 2 inches each and has multiple mouths and seems to be in process of splitting into two separate heads.
4 is about size of a quarter.
The size changes during the day. When lights are out the mouths open with tiny tentacles around.
