Hi all - can someone help me ID these guys?
I see them mostly at night but sometimes during the day.
Did my best with the pictures - they're hard to capture.

I thought hidroids initially cause they have a bulbous tip but the pictures on the 'net didn't quite match up.

Anyone have any thoughts?

They look like micro brittle star legs to me (they are good, part of your clean up crew). It also looks like you may have an aptasia polyp (bad, kill them before they spread) just to the left of the circle in your last picture...but I'm no expert, just a fellow hobbyist.

I saw that - it's actually a lone yellow polyp.

Not sure about the star - I've only seen individual strands..
