I guess the new owner has to protect all that crazy money they spepurchase ntt an infringement to use the name to tell what the parents are considering they were bought and sold as snowcasso? Assuming that the name of the offspring doesn't contain it?

Like if he named them snowonyx (snowcasso x c-quest onyx)? Basically he is giving credit to the two original breeders.
Yeah man like i said from the beginning this thread wasn't intend to sell any of my offsprings I'm only providing lineage doni never had a problem with that .Did she lost the name snowcasso? No .we're her sales effect by it ? No .He contacted me in a few other sites
he's going over board.now I paid for the name snowcasso and doni said as long as it was purchased from her hatchery u may called it what you purchase as.exept if they have babies and we're not from her hatchery u were not allowed to call them snowcasso .In this case these are not named and I'm not selling nothing at all.i figure manhattanreef has a few people that would like to breed and I was simply showing the was I'm doing it to encourage for this community to try if they ever cross their mind.its simple but had physical work.

And its sad bcuz he has the right to sell his poor quality picasso hybrids as a snowcasso not having that doni oldschool ora helmet genes in them.he has the right unfortunately to call them snowcasso. It's a shame on top of that they are going for 300-350$ then he has one pretty sure is not donis lineage for 600$
pretty sure it's a hybrid meaning a picasso and some type of snowflake or snowonyx was used to make that none pure percula and sells as one

This is a fish he was breeding before he purchased the trademark snowcasso .he started selling snowcasso last week the broodstock and trademark was purchased almost 2 months
ago .if people who know about breeding know if you disturb a breeding pair like moving stuff on your tank, dding new stuff in your tank or changing light cycle , water salinity, temperature , or even worse is moving the pair out of their tank never the less pair to another state It causes tremendous stress and may take week, months or 1year+ to start spawning again.but even if they lay inside their shipping bag on the plane and he managed to rear them "hatched them out, their age should be not even 2 months of grow out are not sellable.the fish on this pick has to be 5 months plus.and in my opinion the clownfish in the picture is a hybrid.

My posts were deleted and I got an infraction, ha!

Here is some adult talk for anyone and everyone.

If you have a breeding operation worthy of being called a functional productive and functional business and you are a sane level headed business person than you would konw that a business is not affected by some random person PURCHASING some fish and breeding a pair at home.

If you truly do have a fish breeding operation worthy of being called a business you would not have time to haggle hobbyist who breed a pair at home, therefore whoever you are and where ever you are, you are not much of a business person and shame on those that support such actions.

Get a life and go focus on your "hatchery operation" instead of wasting your "valuable" time with a random hobbyist.
