Hey all,

I have been seeing some helpful threads about doing screen tops for tanks with out a top. Most of you have rims so the screening would sit on the rim, however I have a rimless and was contemplating on how to do this. If anyone has made a screen top for a rimless tank (57g) please feel free to post and tell me how you did it, and if you have pictures to go along with it, would be great! Any help would be greatly appreciated it. Thank you

Not a bad idea.. I didn't think about using Velcro on the corners to hold it in place. Thanks for the tip man. I don't know how I feel about sticking Velcro to the rim but its an idea to keep it in place, and if needs to be removed just unvelcro it.

O've also seen it where guys make the cover to fit just inside of the parameter of the tank and extend the corners with 4 small acrylic lips to rest on the glass rim.

FYI I actually don't need the velcro to hold it in place. The fish aren't going to move it by bumping it :)

No I know you don't need the Velcro. I do like the idea though because I like things to be done right and sit flush. I never liked anything just sitting on the rim to be honest lol. I need to come up with a top because I wanna put a wrasse in.
