Ato Question

I was running test on my tanks and something told me to check the phosphate in my ato reservoir. The reading I got was .05. My question is, is that normal? Should it be .00? Do I need to change the membrane? The membrane I bought early this yr.

That's weird. I'm gonna check the po4 of my reservoir later.

If you have high phos in your tap water the rodi won't remove it all and you can still read zero tds. TDS is reading minerals in the water. Low phos won't show. I had this issues and spent hrs researching it. I added a second resin canister and a phos reactor right to the rodi and it took care of the issue. I would also recommend swapping out the rodi cartidges once a year and a maintenance schedule. I change my phos resin every six months also.
