-Two Little Fishes Phosban media reactor w/ pump
-Two Hydor Evo water movement pumps with Hydor Koralia Smart Wave controller

Non-fish livestock:
- Live rock substrate
-One 9" Hollywood Stunner chalice coral
-One 4" Hollywood Stunner chalice coral
-One 6" Soft toadstool leather coral
-One 1/2" long polyp leather coral
-Three fluorescent green Ricordea mushroom corals (1": 3")
-One 2" rose bubble-tip anemone
-One 2" Green rock flower anemone
-One 2" multi-color mini-maxi carpet anemone
-One 3" Purple & green Acropora coral
-One Black Longspine Urchin (about 3")
-One reddish brown Shortspine Urchin (about 2")
-Various mushrooms, zooanthids, pulsing xenia, and electric green clove polyps on live rock)
-Efficient cleaning crew of various snails, hermit crabs, etc.

My last apartment didn't allow either but I set up my 150 gal anyway; ) You can always cover it up with a blanket if maintenance needs to come to fix something. I would keep it if I were you.
