I am going to need help to dowload photos on this site. I am new to the world of computer and my children would help me, but they are out of the household and see from time to time. Any help will be appreciated. I do have a digital camera. Thanks
okay,
under the reply box click the "go advanced" button
it will open a new screen.
in the tool bar above the box where you type you will see
a paperclip symbol, next to the smiley face.
click the paperclip, a new box will come up.
there will be a section that says "upload file from your computer"
click the browse button and navigate to the photo you want to upload.
once selected click upload. you can upload four at once.
then go back to the paperclip symbol and "select all" to attach the photos to your post.

Because it's their For Sale thread. It's just not right to post up cheaper prices for something at a pet shop, when someone is selling something from their personal tank. It's like you're trying to kill his sale.
But as a MR member, I would hope that someone would let me know if someone was advertising something that may be considered overpriced. Are we not here to protect/help each other? Am I not allowed to inform MR members of my knowledge? Isn't that what this site is about. Sorry If I offended someone, perhaps the seller. You have a beautiful giant giga. But my fellow MR reefers may be able to do better. I hope this comment does not offend you. Thanks and best of luck selling it. David
David, we are here to help each other. Speaking from experience of moderating this site for a few years, commenting on someones F/S thread other than buyers interest will only cause confusion and conflict which is not fair to the buyer/seller. If you want to post good deals on clams, start an FYI thread in the general discussion forum.

Value is relative - this clam has been in captivity and likely not bought at this size - most reefkeepers arent able to keep a clam for the length of time it takes to grow it that big and NO importer will ever bring one into the country this size.
That being said, I would believe the "value" as defined as "fair market value" is more than the asking price here.
