smallest shrimp ever

i enetered H2O aquarium the other day and they had the smallest nano tank ever. it was i could say about 2-3 gallons, it had a nano sized bubble tip anemone and these very small shrimp they looked like harlequin but they were miniature and they were a little darker in color. can anyone tell me what can these be.
