Canopy Phase 2

This portion shows instruction of the "Bow" front construction of the canopy. This past weekend I painted the inside with drylock oil based paint. A bit stinky, thank God for good weather. So if anyone is interested in custom hand made all wood Canopy's please advise. Any size, any construction. Moderatly priced.

Sorry to steal your thunder Jhale. Like I said you insired me! And thank you so much for the laminate link!! That's awsome!! I was going to match the Cabinet. Brushed stainless and, Black plexi down the center.

no problem the only downside is you will have to purchase a full 4x8 sheet of the metal laminate, I don't think they will sell it less than that. they have a few hundred choices so you will have to go and pick out the one you want.
you could call them, then email them the photo so they can give you a price over the phone.

The only thing I would do different is have the edges of the canopy overlapping the rim instead of sitting directly on it.

Craig, Dude anything is possible. I'll make it work. It will be perfectly engineered. Either on top or through holes on the side. And the front would open like french doors, from the middle out. Beautiful.
