Hey Mike, I know your never leave the hobby. Yes, I keep in touch with Tambo. He told me you got a great gig at St John’s. Glad to hear from you and if I ever make it out to LI I let you know. I’m wait on Predatory Fins to open up. Waiting 4 years now.@ Hudsonvalleyreefing I visit Aquarium Solutions a few months back nice guy and nice store. LFS are becoming a thing of past with the price of rent and electricity. Looks like who still around will take the reefing with them. Glad to see names from the old days. Bridge is great guy keeps me laughing. I never seen a more dedicated guy hunting down great prices for fish.The only thing I hope I’m still around when he builds his dream tank in NC.

Hey guys. 2 years into my mixed reef. Feels like I finally got the hang of it.

In process of simplifying things and cutting out excess equipment and random supplements/coral foods.

I live in New Rochelle, work in Yonkers and interested in talking to or meeting some local reefers.

Throwing it out there. Anyone of my local reefers know anything about a herbie overflow set up? I’m looking for someone to come over and help me set it up. I’m watching videos and I’m just not comfortable in setting/plumbing one together

No personal experience, sorry. Some good people over at humblefish & reef that I have seen discussing actively to help others set one up on their tanks if you want another forum option if you can’t get in person or support here. This site isn’t very active outside of selling.
