Does anyone know of a calculator (or the actual calculation) needed to determine the combined salinity of 2 volumes of water?

(i.e. You have 10g of water with a salinity of 1.021 and want to add 5g to achieve a salinity of 1.025... what does the salinity of the 5g have to be to achieve 15g at the desired 1.025?)

Thanks Dean, but as far as I can tell, this only works for a water change... I'm looking to add water to the volume without removing any. Or if I'm using it wrong, can someone explain how I can do this.
Thanks.

First, you have to convert the units to ppt. 1.021=28ppt and 1.025=33ppt

28X10+?X5=33X15
?=(33X15-28X10)/5
?=43ppt or 1.032
