glitches in RB

Hey, can anybody tell me why it is that sometimes (more and more often, recently) RB is not working?

I click on the name of a member, and I get a big blank screen with the word "Done" in the lower left corner.

I have an unread Reefberry message that has been on my screen since the feature started. No matter what I do it will not go away. Everything else does. Go figure. :scratchch
