Moving from QT to Main Tank

When moving from QT to main tank do most of you re-acclimatize even if the parameters of the QT (SG/Temp/PH) have been adjusted to match the main tank ? I use water from the main tank when doing water chnges in my QT and it was seeded from the Main Tank.

Yes.
