NAANO is evil, Brendan... evil. Honestly, I have considered something smaller, but as I said before, working 2 jobs and possibly doing something else in the near future yet still making time for my son and the very simple fact that we like to travel, a reef will be in the way. My best interests do not fall in line with the best interests of the animals I would be required to care for. I really do have a lot going on at the moment. Along with that, I have wanted to do some minor renovations to my living room for over a year. The tank has kept me from doing that. After my renovations are done, I will be setting up something very nice for my terrapin (pictured in my avitar).
I'm not out. I'm not dead. I'm not quitting. I love having a reef in my home. Right now, there are things more important that I need to tend to. Other people have been assuming the burden of my fish tank while I have been busy. That is not fair. I am happy to be out, but at the same time, I'm looking forward to getting back in. It will just be a long time.
Big thank yous to Spykes, rich, mike, jim, kathy, tony and mostly nick and fred who went out of their way when they found out my dialyseas crashed, and their help to get me through the 2 and a half weeks I had to wait for my dialyseas to be fixed and are currently helping me along now. Major thanks to the same people along with Kedd, slamajama mike, yessongs, jon, shaun, josh, steve, ken kris, kasei, scarface jon, ronen, brett for their help all along. This was not easy and I appreciate the help of friends.
