This is simply Aquarium Fish magazine to which they have permanently added the "International " to the title. It is readily available at news stands and bookstores.

not for nothing but whether its for beginners or experts its a great article, and even better that we have someone from our little piece of the reef forum that wrote it. i am one day going to have to make it down to see the pratt reef
