Get a better pic of the leg if you could. Only way to determin what it is. also did you just put the rock in? was it there for a while?

This picture doesn't show that leg but it does show Majano. To get rid of it use Joe's Juice. Majano is a pest that can overtake your tank like aptasia.

The polyps are "Anemonia majano" I wouls get rid of them if you're putting any coral in the tank...I use a Kalk paste, put a little in the center with an eye dropper
and watch it melt...Make the paste as thick as you can and turn off your power heads and or other flow.
