Getting Out of the Hobby Sale

You will be back into the hobby, it took me over a year but I could not stay away from this hobby. I got back in on a smaller scale but it still is a good hobby that I know my kids are happy I am back. They loved the reef tank.

:banghead: David, I understand where you are coming from on some parts and I have been in your shoes before on those counts I would like to suggest something as an alternative to getting out, how about a breakdown and a downgrade? It worked for me. I know my 55 is a water change for your 180 and my 24 is daily evaporation but they can allow you to keep things you treasure on a smaller scale and lower the monthly costs as well as cut your time for maintenance quite a bit.

I really hope you take this as a consideration and stay in the hobby. I agree taking a break from the boards is a great suggestion to get away from all the BS but don't disappear. You ,no matter what happened to you here or on RC, are one of the vast wealths of knowledge to the hobby having been selfless in giving to the hobby and to this site as well as any other site you have belonged to or still belong to.

David, honestly I do not remember! If you say we met, then we did! I've seen pics of you being attacked by Sonny so I know you are a handsome young man.
