I currently have a small tank that had an illness where my fish got purple blotches on them and almost instantly died. This didnt affect the invertebretes in my tank . If I transfer my invertebretes to my newer , larger tank can they transmit this disease to new fish, if the disease is still present in the tank? if so, how can i remove this illness from my invertebretes so that it doesnt get to my new fish?

Once again, without knowing the disease, your question cannot be reliably answered. Some fish diseases spread through contact, eating infected fish wastes, and some are water-borne.
