I Have A 600 Gal Shark Tank,so I Know You Need Money For This Sport,looking For Good Stuff To Get My New Reef Started In The Right Way. Do I Need Halides Lights For A Reed Tank,or Is Compact Fluorescent Good Enough,i Just Looking To Do The Basic Reef Tank And Not Get The Crazy $ Corals

! You have any pictures of this set-up? If you plan on only getting softies and LPS all you need is a good power compact light. If you plan on getting SPS then you're going to need metal halides or T5s. Good luck with everything!
