Damn, all these acrylic workers here and no one can make a rectangle in one piece with 2 pieces going across the top...

You see what happens when you try to use a MR vendor... I guess no one has enough skills to take on this job....

Why don't you PM the "acrylic workers" or post in their forum, instead waiting for them to find your thread.
Ranting about locating a vendors services & challenging their "skills" isn't going to make them magically appear on your thread.
Not everyone reads every post.

If it's a glass tank an acrylic eurobrace will have no strength to it. You need to make it out of glass and silicone it in place.

Why did you remove the factory frame?

Didn't remove it yet I have to have a brace first.. The factory brace is plastic.. A regular AGA180 All Glass Aquarium...
I have 2 400watt with lumenarc reflectors 45 angle towards the middle but the braces are block some light in the middle of the tank...

Acrylic will have enough strength for a brace it just has to be 1 piece... I seen it somewhere just can't remember where... And I know I'm not the only one.. Come on fellas I know someone has seen a clear brace before...

Sure it will have strength, this I agree. But the strength is needed to hold the top of the tank together and seeing as there seems to be no adhesives that bond well to both glass and acrylic what will keep the seems of the tank from pulling apart?

So your not removing the factory frame? You just want to replace the center brace with a clear one? If this is the case you should be able to get a scrap piece of Lexan easily enough. Do not use Plexi-glass it is far inferior to Lexan. You can simply score a line in it with a utility knife and snap the Lexan. This does take a little practice, but is easily done. As for Nylon Screws, almost any ACE Hardware sells them in the nut & bolt aisle. This will save you on shipping.

BTW, this is not a eurobrace.

Thank you so much.... I searched the eurobrace threads everywhere and all there really was a bunch of doubters and people saying it can't be done... Now where can I get lexan??? Do you have any scraps I could buy from you???

Sorry didn't know the correct name for this but I would have purchased a whole new top brace if I had to...
