cal problem

hi guys right now im having trouble rasing my cal . my cal is at 360 and my ph 8.0 temp 77( sal 1.023) alk 10. i think the reason my cal i not raisin is because of my sal. i would always have it at 1.025 and i never had the cal problem . ive been dosin 15ml b-ionc. when i dose 15ml my cal shoots up 2 points like example 360-400. i dont know whats goin on pls help me guys.ohh im goin to do a 10g water change i think that would put everything back to normal since im replinshin the tank with new cal and everything else...:happysad::frown:

First Step, Check your magnesium levels, low levels will prevent you from raising Ca.

From your post I am not really sure what your problem is, more information is needed.

Has your Calc ever been in an appropriate range... if so how long did it take for it to drop to its current range? Your dosing 15 ml, but how big is your tank?..is that 15 ml of each part? ... or are you dosing unbalanced? How often do you do water changes (it will help determine if magnesium is a problem)?
