20L or 29 for frag tank?

Which would you prefer? I am talking about they have same foot print but different height.

How about look? Would the extra height give some advantages as for the look or is it just too little difference to be bother with? I have both tanks laying around.

Also as for the background, which one is better for taking pic, black or blue? I suck in photography. I am asking in technical point of view.
