Finally the bulkheads arrived from Savko schedule 80. The Bad..news..they do not fit in the holes. I had purchase the glass hole cutter from www.Glass-Holes.com and the size hole cutter I needed was 2 3/8" for the 1 1/2 bulkhead and, 1 3/4" for the 1" bulkhead. This is what I had purchase. The only thing I could think is that Glass-Holes.com base their holes with there bulkheads schedule 40, since they do not sell schedule 80. Perhaps the schedule 80 are thicker than the schedule 40's. Needless to say, I had to dremel the hole bigger, not an easy task. But, with patient I was able to make the bulkheads fit. Only 2 more holes to go! Afterward, I will paint the back of the glass with Black latex paint. Then start the plumbing.

Here is an update of the close-loop PVC work inside the tank. The lower bottom will be camouflaged with DIY cement rock, using the following: aragonite sand and crushed coral, combined with Portland cement.

Today, The plumbing is completed!! Thanks to my close friend John aka Latino277. He and his wife Michele drove from Da Bronx, and from 12 noon we started and finish about 10PM. John, thanks you! I want to also thanks Kelvin aka knockout as well for helping. You guys appreciate the effort and taking time to come over. I want to tank my wife especially, for cooking and barbequing...food was delicious! Here is some pictures for the work involved in the installing of the sump, DIY manifold to control the MR CR2 dual chamber calicum reactor and the other two reactors. Tomorrow I will do a water test, if successful I will add the sand, Live rock and finally the water.

Water tested with tap water! Power on the Dart & Ocean Motion, only 1 felt a little wet where the Flex PVC goes into the union, empty the water and added more PVC cement. Tomorrow goes sand, LR & water should be in the tank.
