oh and i should say that my PSI is 30 which is low right? so i guess i need a system that includes a pump...

I have been using Air Water Ice for the last 5 years. I like their systems. Moderately priced and easy to use + clear filter housings. I really don't know which one is better for the money and PSI ratings etc..

is it possible that with a low PSI the TDS reading will be high and not optimal?

i dont think low psi will affect tds reading much. just takes a lot longer to make water.

Talk to Russ at Buckeye Field Supply (on the sponsor list). Their customer service is great and Russ is quite knowledgable and will even give you a breakdown between his systems and other systems on the market, letting you know which is better and worse.
