I think not voting would be a statement if it hurt the candidates in some way.
As our process stands, it leaves the way open for any disagreeable policies for either candidate to be put in place.
Does anyone know what can be done if you dislike all candidates other than not voting?

Apathy is not a statement. We have an option called write in.
I understand and respect the ownership of the site but this thread should have never even had started, asking people to freely expose their political affiliations might have repercusions now and in the long run for example John Doe Reefer just voted for the republican party in this poll and next week he has an emergency and needs help from his fellow reefers here and a very helpful few others saw that he voted for the other party. Some people will not waste their time to help this person that has other beliefs and that is a small example there are countless other scenarios. Overall the members of this site are very responsible and respectful and the rules are not being broken but they sure are being tested.I'm ready
