Ok I know I am not the only one that has this problem (as i been to other members homes I seen the same thing). I have aquaproxy all over my black light fixture. Its from playing with the proxy and then touching my fixture, it like leaves white finger prints. Now the problem is how to remove it? I tried: windex, clorox spray, paint tinner and hydro peroxide and had no success. Does anyone recommend anything else, or how to remove it w/o painting the fixture? Thanks

Are you talking about stains left by your fingers on your light fixture after using epoxy to mount frags??
Not sure why you'd be touching your light though..unless you are talking about something other than epoxy.
Why not read the tube the epoxy comes in, it should tell you what chemical you can use to remove it. Of course, you shouldn't use whatever chemical it is anywhere near the tank!

i just use 70% isopropyl alcohol, terry cloth, and strong thumbs/fingers to rub it off ... it wouldn't rip the paint off like acetone nor scratch up the fixture like abrasive pads.
