Any Good Web Streaming Host?

Anyone has good or bad reference as to which web host is good at streaming or somethng podcast?

I am thinking of starting a community content site with streaming and podcast sort of like.

Ink, the Orb thing is interesting which I have not thought of.

Reefman, getting close but actually I mean a host which has buildin streaming support like the Real Media's Streaming Server.

I am thinking to make tutorials and let hobbyist to stream from my site.
For example from the interface they can choose from a menu,
"How to build a toy robot that can detect downward stairs"
"How to improve the mobility of a toy, 40 bucks, copter with a simple push pin"
....
"How to cook an Asian dinner for a full table of guests in 30 mintues"
"What's the secret of Martini"
"How to brew your own sake"

and if they don't I will randomly show cast a content.

Hmm, think of it like those news video site but the contents are all hobby fun stuff.
Can't wait till I am back to Kansas, the cable there is super fast.

if you let me know what you need.. I run photoblog.com which is run on 4 servers.. We offload some of our big bandwidth costs to do webhosting. We have more then enough speed/space to host.
