Q about phoenix 14k 250MH bulbs

I recently bought them 2nd hand and looked for the name on the bulbs but didnt find it. Can someone with these specific bulbs tell me what is written on the bulbs?

Hi, we sell the Phoenix bulbs. There is no marking on the bulbs that indicates it is Phoenix. Believe it or not, the box doesn't even say Phoenix on it. It says PEC, which I believe stands for Phoenix Electrical Corp. To make matters a bit worse, the new bulbs even come with a small 'burnt' spot on the bulb making them appear used.
