can Koralia 4 be used with a wave maker?

Standard Koralias will rattle on startup when used on a wavemaker....reportedly reducing the pump's longevity.

Same results means you will burn out the pumps. If you want controllable koralias but the right ones that are controllable and the controller that is made for them.

Maxijets are great to use on an RK2. I used 3 on mine for almost 2 years with only having to take them apart and clean them for routine maintenance.

1200's were great and if you get the sureflow mod and the suregrip magnet holder it's flow rate is pretty awesome.

There is a thread I just saw on RC about this with a reply from Hydor. Apparently there are pumps in the newer line that can be used with any wavemaker. Do a search for koralia on RC.
