Anybody following?

I'm wondering if there will be any upsets this year.

Anyone think the Giants will pull off a trade for Edwards before the draft?

Anyone think Jets will try and move up in the draft and try to get one of the overated QBs?

I think the Giants should trade for Boldin. He's more accomplished and better than Edwards.

The Jets should draft a QB, but shouldn't move up. That kid from USC won't be a good pro QB IMO.

I like Boldin too but it looks like the Eagles are going to lock him up. plus....

Boldin is a more consistent player than Edwards, but is also 2? years older. Boldin, who turns 29 in October, also has missed an entire season's worth of games with injuries since 2004. Alex Marves from Foxsports.com

Not really relevant to the questions asked but theirs a local Jersey boy in the draft from USC via Began Catholic; BRIAN CUSHING at OLB that is a stud and should be a late 1st rounder or early first and see him being a stud NFL player...Has the size and speed to make immediate impact, but not necessarily what the Jets need, but someone im watching out for

The jets should pass on a quarterback pick, we need a big receiver. You can look at the giants season and see how much of an impact a big receiver like Plaxico had on the offense. It really opens up the running game because you have to double him. The defense has been bulked up and I read a recent article and the players seem to be happy with the current quarterbacks. I trust their opinions more than the news writers.

I agree also about not picking a QB but without a quarterback that can get him the ball what's the point? It's the same problem the Jets had with Pennington; opposing defenses knew he couldn't throw deep.

Look for these Jersey Boys to go with Cushing in the first round too:
  • Virginia's Eugene Monroe
  • Boston College's B.J. Raji,
  • Ohio State's Malcolm Jenkins,
  • Georgia's Knowshon Moreno,
  • Connecticut's Donald Brown and
  • Rutgers' Kenny Britt ------> Look for the Giants to make him their 1st round pick

You can be successful in the NFL with a good defense and a so so quarterback. The ravens won the superbowl with Trent Dilfer.

It was written by a writer on the Jets Nation website. Even if it was written by a player I still trust there opinion more than someone who has never played.
